Terms of Service
Please read through these sections carefully if you are considering ordering a commission.If you have additional questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me!Contact information is found at the bottom of the page or on the home page.
✿ Any art commissioned from me is strictly for private, personal use. You, or a company. may not use them for commercial purposes or for profit. They may not be used for any business regarding NFTs or cryptocurrency trade/transactions.✿ My work is protected under copyright law and I do not consent to having it put into AI learning engines or models.✿ I retain the rights to the image.✿ If you would not like your commission uploaded on my social media, please let me know and I will refrain from doing so.✿You may upload your commission online yourself, but please credit me if you do.✿ Visual references are preferred.✿ Correspondence is done via email, or my discord if you have it.
PAYMENT
✿ Prices are in USD only.✿ Prices shown are base prices.✿ Paypal only (I will issue an invoice)✿Up front payment is required before I start your commission.✿ No refunds once the sketch is sent.✿ In the event that I may have to cancel your commission due to circumstances on my end, you will receive a full refund.
WILL/WONT DRAW
✿ Will draw original characters including tabletop/game avatars.✿ Fan art for personal use only.✿ Simple or landscape backgrounds are available at additional cost, with references provided.✿ Designing characters, props, or clothing is available for an additional charge✿ Do not request anything explicit. No porn, no fetish art, no gore, etc.✿ Artistic nudity is available at my discretion, you can see examples of this on my social media.✿ If I feel uncomfortable with a request, I reserve the right to refuse it.
== PROCESS ==
✿ Suggestions for poses for your character or facial expressions are very welcome!✿ Progress stages (sketch, lines, rough color/lighting, final) of the artwork will be sent to you for approval.✿ I will send you a full resolution, un-watermarked version of your commission with and without background transparency in a .zip file.✿ Deadlines will vary. Turnaround times will be between 2-8 weeks depending on complexity, my availability, and how many slots I take on at a time. Special events requiring a rush such as birthdays or holidays may be of exception, please inquire so we may negotiate.

ADDITIONAL COST INFORMATION
✿ Major changes requested at certain stages of the process (e.g. requesting for a different pose during the cleaned line art stage) will incur an additional charge. Price will depend based on the degree of the change.✿ Design elements such as complex details and props are an added cost to the base price, please see details below

== WAITLISTING ==
If the commission type of your choice is closed, you may request to be put on a waitlist. In doing so, you can secure a slot once the current queue is complete. Waitlist slots are FCFS and served chronologically.
